Jeremy Swiller

Jeremy Swiller has spent nearly three decades making terrible decisions in advertising—but thankfully, he doesn't make the same one twice. Along the way, he played a key role in transforming Lenovo's in-house agency from a small siloed group to a robust creative force that successfully executed two complete rebrands and launched four global campaigns.

His career spans global agencies, startups, and in-house teams, where he's written copy, grown client relationships, managed teams, and built processes that actually work. With close to 18 years client-side, Jeremy brings valuable perspective on the agency-client relationship—having witnessed both the bullying and the beautiful partnerships.

Today, as Founder and Chief Innovation Catalyst at Flux+Form, Jeremy focuses on three core areas: helping in-house agencies realize their full potential, optimizing brand-agency relationships, and implementing ethical AI solutions that help clients win back 20 hours/week.

Jeremy's training sessions blend practical techniques with his natural empathy and curiosity, ensuring participants leave thinking, "That was worth my time, and I learned new techniques I can start using today."
