Crashonda Andrew, CFRE, is a Philanthropy leader and Certified Fundraising Executive, currently serving as Vice President of Individual Giving at United Way Worldwide (UWW). In this role, she leads private development efforts to mobilize the caring power of communities globally to advance the common good, with a specialization in diaspora philanthropy.
 
With over a decade of experience, Crashonda has worked with top philanthropists, foundations, and corporate leaders to support global nonprofit initiatives. She has led major disaster relief fundraising efforts, providing critical resources to communities affected by natural disasters worldwide. Prior to joining UWW, she led high-performing fundraising teams at the NAACP and Feeding America, driving transformational growth and impact.
 
Crashonda is passionate about mentoring young women of color in the nonprofit sector and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-DC) Washington, DC Metro Area Chapter.
 
A North Carolina native, Crashonda holds an MFA from George Washington University and a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
