Thuy Kolik is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Lighthouse Youth & Family Services. Ms. Kolik’s expertise in navigating the nuances of a complex nonprofit organization, her commitment to fostering inclusion, and her team-building skills are moving Lighthouse closer to achieving its vision of creating a community where every person has the opportunity to thrive.
Ms. Kolik joined the leadership team at Lighthouse in 2021 after almost 20 years in accounting and finance management at DAV (Disabled American Veterans) in Erlanger, Ky., where she rose to the position of Assistant Comptroller. Before DAV, she was a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Ms. Kolik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified public accountant (CPA). She also dedicates time to giving back, serving as Board Treasurer of Leadership Council for Nonprofits, and Board Treasurer of Cincinnati Works. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Future Leaders Over-the-Rhine and the Finance Council of St. Andrews Catholic Church.
