Jeff Brousseau is responsible for the technology strategy, program design, and delivery of the bank’s technology infrastructure, platforms and operations as Senior Vice President Technology Transformation for Synchrony Financial. Jeff has held various senior leadership positions focused on customer service technology, mergers and acquisitions, cross functional strategy development & strategic relationship management.
Prior to joining Synchrony Financial, he held various customer facing leadership, project and change management roles. His diverse background spans across multiples verticals, including business management, consulting, technology, change management, and process improvement across several industry verticals including healthcare, manufacturing, education and retail.
