The In-House Agency Community Supports Liquid Sunshine

The in-house agency community is vibrant. More than 900 people registered for the ANA 2025 In-House Agency Conference. Today, the vast majority of client-side marketers have at least some in-house resources. In addition to the long-established benefits of being “cheap” and “fast,” the creative capabilities of in-house agencies are rising—and many are now producing work that rivals external agencies.

The ANA In-House Excellence Awards showcase the most creative, strategic, and growth-driving marketing and advertising produced in-house. In the 2025 competition, Keurig Dr Pepper’s in-house agency, Liquid Sunshine, won multiple awards, including Grand Prize Winner in two categories: Integrated Campaign and Out-of-Home.

As has been reported, Liquid Sunshine was recently shut down. Many highly talented team members are now available for work. We’d like to help spread the word—and encourage you to do the same. A roster of former Liquid Sunshiners is available here.
