Lisette Arsuaga

Lisette Arsuaga is the Co-CEO of DMI Consulting, which she founded in partnership with Gilbert Dávila in 2010. She is a partner and co-architect of the Cultural Inclusion Accelerator research company and the co-founder of ANA’s AIMM.
As the co-founder and head strategist for DMI, Lisette has provided strategic guidance for companies including: Synchrony, JP Morgan Chase Wealth Management, McDonald’s, P&G, AB, Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg, Proactiv, Gatorade, Dunkin’, Marriott Hotels, Lilly, Wheels Up, Feeding America, USAA, Aetna Insurance, Ulta Beauty, SeaWorld, among others. As the co-founder and board member for the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), she has brought together 240+ corporations, agencies, media/research companies and trade associations to address challenges in the Multicultural media, advertising and marketing space today. As the Co-Architect and Partner of the Cultural Inclusion Accelerator she has helped develop and launch three proprietary metrics including CIIM™ which has measured the impact of culture and inclusion in more than 2.5 million ad evaluations, and the Diverse Media Multiplier.
Before founding AIMM, Lisette spent over 20 years heading strategy, communications and venture philanthropy efforts for companies and national organizations throughout the country. She created strategic alliances and programs with media/communication companies (i.e. Harpo Entertainment, Time Inc., Warner Bros. Pictures); government entities (FBI, the White House, ICE, and others) and celebrities to effectively reach diverse groups in a culturally relevant way.
Lisette has been a speaker at CES, Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the ANA’s Multicultural and Diversity Conference, AdWeek, the ANA’s CMO Council at the Masters Conference, colleges and universities, as well as the Hispanic Leadership Summit at the United Nations.
