Katelyn Asmus is an associate in Venable’s Data Privacy and Security group, where she helps clients to efficiently navigate and proactively achieve their compliance goals within a changing state and federal regulatory landscape. Katelyn advises clients on privacy and data security compliance programs and documentation to help align with requirements across multiple jurisdictions. She draws upon her prior experience as a legislative aide for a U.S. Senator to advocate for clients before Congress and state and federal agencies.
