Lara Balazs is Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Marketing at Adobe, where she oversees the company’s brand, Adobe.com, industry-leading events, integrated campaigns, communications, social media, media operations, and marketing insights.

She joined Adobe in 2024 after serving as CMO and GM of the Strategic Partner Group at Intuit, where she led brand, growth, and ProTax operations. Her leadership earned her recognition on Forbes’ World’s Most Influential CMOs list, Forbes’ Entrepreneurial CMO 50, and AdWeek’s CMO Vanguard Award. 

Lara brings over two decades of experience building iconic brands and driving business transformation at companies such as Amazon, Visa, and Nike. At Amazon, she led Worldwide Prime and North America Consumer Marketing, accelerating global growth of Prime membership and retail services. At Visa, she was Senior Vice President of North America Marketing and played a pivotal role in launching digital payment solutions including Visa Checkout and Apple Pay. 

Lara holds a BA in Pre-Law from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is known for blending deep brand expertise with data-driven performance marketing to lead at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business strategy.
