Homi Battiwalla is the Vice President for Global Marketing & Insights Excellence. He has leadership over and drives integration across capability building, functional excellence, and transformation initiatives for the Marketing function. Homi is responsible for capability building across Marketing and Insights, digital enablement across the broader Consumer Organization, and driving community engagement via communication platforms, awards programs and key leadership councils. He focuses on driving simplification through the creation of common processes and frameworks, as well as implementation involving top management and key stakeholders of the global PepsiCo Consumer organization.
Homi has over 27 years of global PepsiCo experience in marketing roles across India, the Middle East, North America beverages and International Beverages and has extensive experience across PepsiCo’s portfolio of brands in the areas of brand building, innovations and platform activations around music and sports.
