Ken Blackburn is Senior Director & Associate General Counsel for The Procter & Gamble Company. He is the global leader for advertising and regulatory issues related to P&G’s global Personal Health Care business, which includes leadership brands such as Vicks, Metamucil, Align, Pepto-Bismol and Prilosec OTC. During Ken’s 22 year career at P&G, he has also worked on their Fabric & Home Care, Oral Care and Beauty businesses and has rotated through a number of legal practice areas including Labor & Employment, Corporate, and Securities.
