Julie Singer Brady is a partner at BakerHostetler, where she co-leads the firm’s Class Action Defense team and serves on its Policy Committee. With over two decades of experience, Julie focuses on complex litigation, particularly defending class actions in state and federal courts nationwide. She represents clients across diverse industries—including retail, finance, hospitality, insurance, and tech—in cases involving consumer protection, false advertising, deceptive fees, defective products, and data privacy, including claims tied to website technologies.
 
Julie has deep experience defending actions under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and state equivalents like Florida’s FTSA and FCCPA. Her work spans numerous consumer protection statutes across the country.
 
Julie holds a B.S. from University of Florida and a J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Beyond her legal practice, Julie is committed to community service, serving on the boards of the March of Dimes Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
