Obele Brown-West is the President of Stagwell’s Colle McVoy and an award-winning marketing innovator with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. She has been honored multiple times by Ad Age for her leadership in marketing and tech innovation, as well as recognized by Campaign US, Adweek, Chief Marketer, PRWeek, and AdExchanger for her advertising industry impact.
Obele has built a career on the belief that powerful creativity starts with listening—and that the most meaningful innovation often emerges in the space between departments, disciplines, and KPIs. Her expertise spans CPG, retail, travel, entertainment, automotive, healthcare, education, agribusiness, and petcare, with leadership roles supporting major brands like United Airlines, Chips Ahoy!, Mars Inc., ALDI, MilkPEP, Headspace, Sanofi, Cars.com, PacSun, the NFL, Etsy, and Mattel.
Before joining Colle McVoy, she served as President of Tracer, an AI-powered data intelligence platform, where she helped lead the company through an $18.1 million Series A raise backed by investors such as Alex Rodriguez and Gary Vaynerchuk. Prior to Tracer, Obele was Chief Solutions Officer at Tinuiti, where she led a team of over 800 across media, commerce, analytics, lifecycle, influencer, and creative disciplines. Under her leadership, Tinuiti became the first independent agency to win Microsoft Global Agency of the Year and to form exclusive partnerships with TikTok and Reddit.
Earlier in her career, Obele led North America’s digital client experience at Weber Shandwick and was part of the early teams at iProspect and 360i. She played a foundational role in launching TheWeek.com for The Week Magazine.
Obele is an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and currently serves on the boards of Goodlife Clothing, Digital Summit, Gifting Brands, and Stop Soldier Suicide. Known for her strategic clarity, bold thinking, and belief in brand purpose, she helps companies remain grounded in what matters most to the people they serve—even as the landscape around them continues to evolve.
