Elizabeth Campbell is a visionary marketing executive with over 20 years of experience shaping consumer engagement, driving cultural relevance, and delivering sustainable growth for iconic global brands. Currently she serves as a Vice President of Marketing, for McDonald’s USA, leading national franchisee engagement, agency partnerships, and marketing strategy across 14,000 U.S. restaurants. Over the years her leadership has transformed consumer experiences, modernized brand communications, and built enduring trust with diverse audiences. Elizabeth has consistently guided Fortune 500 organizations through market evolution and cultural shifts, positioning brands at the forefront of consumer expectations. AS an enterprise leader she has: 
  • Led transformative initiatives including All-Day Breakfast, McDelivery, and next-gen product innovation.

A relentless driver of innovation, Elizabeth led the coffee platform leading to the reformulation of the coffee platform and the launch of the McCafe Brand, she participated on the award willing Famous Orders Platform which was scaled Globally and developing the 1st Artist Residency collaborations, cementing McDonald’s place in cultural conversations. She has reinvigorated legacy properties like the McDonald’s All-American High School Basketball Game, ensuring ongoing brand relevance across generations. Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Business Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business and an M.B.A. from Clark Atlanta University. Before McDonald’s, she built her marketing acumen at Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola. She currently resides in Chicago and continues to influence the future of marketing through a culture-led, insights-driven lens.
