David Caragliano is a senior manager on Google’s Government Affairs and Public Policy team, where he focuses on the intersection of AI, advertising, and user trust. He leads Google's public policy strategy for ads safety and represents the company in key legislative and regulatory initiatives globally related to AI, including content provenance and authenticity. Over the last decade in roles at Google, YouTube, and Meta, David has been at the forefront of developing and advising on product policies for online safety, fraud prevention, and elections integrity. David holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and is a member of the New York Bar.
