Seth Cole serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Sports & Olympic Marketing and Brand Partnerships at NBCUniversal, where he leads all marketing and brand partnership efforts for NBCU’s Sports and Olympics portfolio. In this role, Cole oversees strategic partnerships, marketing activations, and brand integrations across NBCU's vast sports library, including the Olympics & Paralympics, the PGA Tour, "Sunday Night Football," NBCU's Premier League, and more. Reporting into Josh Feldman, Chief Marketing Officer, NBCUniversal Advertising & Partnerships, Cole drives new business opportunities, enhances brand engagement, and empowers brands to maximize media effectiveness through the power of live sports.
Cole joins NBCUniversal with more than two decades of experience at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President on the U.S. Ad Sales Brand Strategy & Solutions team. During his tenure at WBD, Cole led partnership development, pre-sale, and activation across the company's sports portfolio. He also led the Sales Marketing & Brand Partnerships function for TNT Sports and Bleacher Report, developing go-to-market materials, packaging strategies, and custom marketing program activation. A proud alum of NBCUniversal’s internship program, where he spent a summer working in NBC Sports Production, Cole’s career has been marked by his deep expertise in sports brand strategy, particularly with the NBA, which will bring immediate value to NBCU’s growing sports portfolio. He has been recognized as part of Sports Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list, celebrating top young talent in the sports industry.
Cole graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College’s Park School of Communications. He resides in New York with his wife, Hannah, and their daughters, Charley and Alex.
