Allison’s background is in international client leadership and she has held roles leading some of Wavemaker’s largest clients, such as Colgate-Palmolive, Huawei, Danone, Tiffany & Co, AXA, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, SABMiller Europe and VISA Europe. She has helped many of her clients navigate complex digital transformations, bringing a structured and collaborative approach to organizational change.
Prior to her recent return to the US, Allison was the Chief Client Officer for Wavemaker APAC (based in Singapore and Hong Kong), where she was responsible for driving media excellence for Wavemaker’s key clients in the region.
During her 21 years with Wavemaker (25 years in the industry), Allison has worked in roles across Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Global and has been based in New York, London, Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Allison has been recognized by GroupM, clients and the industry for being a progressive leader with a strong skill in developing talent and building high-performing teams. She is passionate about connecting and empowering teams across the Wavemaker network in service of driving growth for clients.
Early mornings you will find Allison swimming. A lifelong competitive swimmer, she regularly competes both locally and internationally.
