Cameron Conway is an XM Strategist focusing on Customer Experience at Qualtrics. In this role he leverages his decades of experience as a CX practitioner to help connect the right mix of technology and services to address customer problems or opportunities. Qualtrics is the leader and creator of the experience management category, and is changing the way organizations manage and improve the four core experiences of business.
Prior to Qualtrics, Cam spent 25 years in executive, marketing and strategy roles at companies including Maritz, Red Hat, Equifax, General Electric and NBC Universal, and even had a stint driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. Cam holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He resides in St. Louis, MO and spends his free time with his lovely wife and two awesome kiddos.
