She joined Navy Federal Credit Union in 2021 to help steer marketing’s agile transformation while heading up the project management team. As Marketing’s first-ever RTE, played a pivotal role in guiding agile practices for over three years, later expanding her impact by taking on leadership of the marketing production team in 2024. Before joining NFCU, Nicole led as Director of Marketing Operations at Total Wine & More for 16 years, building on her early career foundation in advertising at The Home Depot. She holds degrees in English Lit and Multi-Media Journalism from Montclair State University and University of Maryland. Nicole is passionate about transforming marketing production and project management through strategic leadership, process optimization, and agile methodologies — specializing in scaling efficiencies, sparking innovation, and empowering high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
