David’s advertising career is highlighted by positions on both sides of the table -- content/sales and agency/planning and buying. His current role at A+E Global Media involves creating advertising partnerships with clients built around world-class brands such as HISTORY, Lifetime and A&E. Prior to A+E, David was Chief Strategy Officer at OMD, one of the world’s leading media agencies. Before that, he headed Marketing Solutions at AOL/Time Warner, working on CNN, Cartoon Network, TBS and TNT. He began his career as an account planner at both Deutsch and J. Walter Thompson. He has a passion for discovering consumer insights and building ideas around them. DeSocio holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a M.A. from Columbia University.
