His focus is on building Diageo’s AI-enabled operating model—grounded in semi-autonomous media orchestration, generative content production, and continuous optimization—while upholding human oversight, privacy by design, and measurable business impact.
In his 15+ years in tech, marketing and commercial strategy, Michael has moved between startup environments and global brands, giving him a unique ability to translate cutting-edge innovation into scalable enterprise value. At Diageo, he has launched large-scale pilots across generative content creation, AI-driven personalization, and real-time marketing optimization, and he led the establishment of Diageo’s Marketing AI Capability building approach. Prior to this, he founded and scaled analytical and technology teams within the beverage-alcohol industry, led product launches, and drove adoption of advanced tools across thousands of field sales reps.
