Prior to joining the research team, Su served as a Forrester executive partner and principal advisor, providing direction to CX, marketing, and digital executives on customer-centric transformation. Before joining Forrester, Su led go-to-customer strategy and operations for emerging B2B firms and global organizations, including Checkpoint Systems, where her efforts expanded the company's product mix from loss prevention products to omnichannel fulfillment and tracking solutions for complex supply chains, including the Airbus A350 Supplier program.

Earlier in her career, Su led marketing, product management, and customer support for digital media pioneers Lycos and Engage from inception through IPO. She was a cofounder of media network AdSmart, customer feedback management provider Vovici, and operational risk management vendor Providus.
