As the Vice President of Marketing Shared Services at SAS, Michele is responsible for activating and supporting customer experience decisions at scale for the entire customer journey across digital marketing channels. This includes planning and activating digital marketing to support brand, demand and customer engagement campaigns; driving segmentation, targeting and personalization; supporting the marketing organization's data, reporting & insights, analytics, journey management and operational needs while leveraging industry best practices; and overseeing SAS Marketing's MarTech and AdTech strategy and governance.
Michele has spent her career in the marketing, technology and analytics space. She is analytically curious and passionate about helping marketing organizations understand how technology can help them transform their organizations to more effectively engage with digitally empowered customers.
Eggers received a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a concentration in marketing and technology, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
