Ryan Elmiger is a seasoned marketing leader and two-time award-winning ABM practitioner, currently leading Public Sector ABM at ServiceNow, where he drives account-based strategies for U.S. federal and state/local markets. An ITSMA ABM Certified professional and Bowling Green State University Marketing graduate, Ryan’s career began in the advertising agency world, delivering new product launches and high-profile motorsports campaigns for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He went on to build the first regional marketing team at McGraw-Hill Education, later expanding it to national coverage, and launched an ABM practice for a leading educational technology publisher before joining ServiceNow. Recognized for delivering landmark results — including supporting the largest deal in ServiceNow’s history — Ryan is passionate about teaching ABM best practices and inspiring teams to drive measurable, lasting impact.
