Under her leadership, Digitas’ Data & Analysis (DNA) team earned Ad Age’s Data and Insights Agency of the Year honor, reflecting her commitment to advancing both client outcomes and the agency’s data practice.
Jen is the architect behind the NX Score, Digitas’ proprietary AI-powered index that gives brands a holistic, actionable view of their connectedness across culture, content, and commerce. Her 20+ years’ experience and strategic guidance has shaped award-winning work for major brands including Norwegian Cruise Lines, Sephora, Dunkin’, Smuckers, Supergoop!, and Whirlpool.
A passionate advocate for ethical data use and transparent measurement, Jen regularly collaborates with industry partners to set new standards for privacy, compliance, and consumer trust. Her passion also extends to developing talent and advancing diversity, where she’s spearheaded Digitas’ data mentorship program and launched educational initiatives on emerging topics like attention and sustainability.
Outside of work, Jen channels her energy into hiking with her dog, tinkering in the garage, and testing her skills in the kitchen.
