Arish Gajjar has extensive experience advising high-growth companies across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Viant Technology (NASDAQ: DSP), where he manages a broad range of legal matters, including commercial, corporate/M&A, securities, privacy, intellectual property, employment, and litigation.
Prior to joining Viant, Arish was Associate General Counsel at The Trade Desk, where he led a commercial and operations-focused team supporting the company’s rapid expansion. Earlier in his career, he served as Associate Counsel at Time Warner Cable, negotiating complex B2B agreements, and as an Associate at Dow Lohnes (now Cooley), representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Arish also serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Transit Company.
