Lisa Gottardo is Executive Director of Employer Relations at Columbia Business School, where she leads strategic partnerships with employers across industries. With over 25 years in institutional capital markets and technology, she held senior positions in equity sales at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, and served as Head of Global Institutional Equities Client Relationship Management at MainFirst AG (later Stifel). She was also a Senior Director at Microsoft. Her global career spans New York, London, and Hong Kong.
Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science and French Literature from Barnard College and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern. Originally from the UK, she joined Columbia Business School in 2023.
