Kari is lead counsel for Chevron’s Global Marketing, Service and Technology organization. As part of this role, she supports all facets of Chevron’s conventional-fuels advertising and related marketing programs and initiatives, including Chevron’s rewards and third-party programs and sponsorships. Kari works closely with the marketing and technology teams to plan new campaigns from product reformulations and testing, consumer research and additional testing to the final claim themes and materials. She also advises on all various channels—television, radio, digital, social media, influencers, and point-of-sale, billboard and other printed materials. In addition, Kari supports other parts of Chevron’s retail-fuel operations including its branded-retailer relationships and company-operated-station network in the Western part of the United States.
