Jennifer Halloran is the CMO and head of marketing and brand for MassMutual, where she oversees all marketing functions and is responsible for brand and customer strategy, data and customer insights, and centralized marketing support. A member of the Global CMO Growth Council, her team includes brand and advertising, customer acquisition, distribution and product marketing, customer insights, and digital marketing, including MassMutual.com. In addition, Ms. Halloran manages all advertising agency partners, as well as the internal creative agency.
Previously, Ms. Halloran spent more than a decade at Fidelity Investments, initially managing the internal marketing agency and later named head of advertising and digital teams driving brand, advertising, and integrated digital campaigns. She was also a founding partner of Mobiquity Inc., where she served as both head of strategy and CMO; a VP of corporate communications at Putnam Investments; and served various account management roles at Hill Holliday and Digitas.
Ms. Halloran holds a B.A. in both economics and political science from Boston College and an M.B.A. in marketing and entrepreneurship from Babson College.
