Megan Ryan Ho is the North America Director of Multicultural Media at Procter & Gamble.
With 19 years at P&G, Meg is an expert on multicultural insights dedicated to helping the North America enterprise reach and resonate with the fastest growing consumer segments. She develops media strategies to better serve the needs of multicultural consumers resulting in brand and category growth, furthering Procter & Gamble’s mission of winning with All and Each, being a force for growth and force for good.
Her team is responsible for creating a media ecosystem to deliver superior communication to multicultural consumers creating best in class experiential platforms, building supplier capabilities, and developing best practices.
During Meg’s time at P&G, she has shaped the media, innovation, and go-to-market strategies for brands like Crest, Oral B, Gillette, Venus, Aussie, Secret, Ivory, and Olay. She has extensive experience in market mix modeling, media optimization, audience targeting, creative copy testing, concept development and human insights. This is her second time working in P&G’s North America Media market operations group, now applying skills learned after in-housing Media for P&G personal care in 2019.
She received her B.A. in Political Science and Journalism from Miami University, Oxford Ohio, where she received the President’s Distinguished Service Award and was selected as the sole student speaker for Miami’s 2006 Capital Campaign. She is a mother of two (Maddie, 9 and Lucas, 7), married to fellow P&Ger Dean Ho.
