After almost 20 years of advertising industry experience, Carline was able to transform consultative sales skills into networking hacks that grew revenue consistently for sales organizations, working with clients such as: American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation, The Coca-Cola Company, CDC, Delta Private Jets (now Wheels Up), Emory Healthcare, and Kaiser Permanente.
With a true focus on relationship building at scale, she has been successful at securing strong connections externally (driving sales), as well as internally (building a strong team to rally around client success). In Carline’s first sales role, within a few years, she was able to grow a struggling sales desk from $600k in annual revenue to over $4MM consistently.
Returning to the industry after a 15 month sabbatical, Carline was able to quickly duplicate her sales success at another organization. It was then, she realized that the practical tools she curated were unique and valuable for more than just salespeople, and NetworKIT was born.
