An alumna of Morgan State University, where she earned her MBA, and Alabama State University, where she received her BA in Communications, Monica’s educational background reflects her deep understanding of business and communication strategies.
Specializing in direct mail marketing, Monica brings a wealth of expertise in advertising, marketing strategy, and public relations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to merge creativity with business acumen, creating impactful solutions that drive results. Her experience spans media planning, strategy development, and marketing execution, making her an invaluable asset to USPS.
Currently residing in Baltimore, MD, Monica is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers and mentors with Sister's Circle, a Baltimore-based organization focused on empowering young women of color to succeed academically, personally, and professionally. She also serves on the leadership team for Black Girls Vote and as a board member for Positivity in Baltimore, where she works to support and uplift local initiatives that foster positive community change.
