At Harbor, he develops cutting-edge Generative AI and automation solutions, transforming legal services with intelligent systems that improve efficiency, accessibility, and decision-making for law firms and corporate legal teams. His expertise spans deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven process optimization, ensuring scalable, high-impact implementations.
Previously, as Director of AI at William Blair, he led the integration of machine learning into investment banking operations, driving automation and predictive analytics. Before that, he spent 20 years at IBM, building AI solutions across industries like supply chain, finance, procurement, and healthcare. At IBM Watson Health, he focused on using AI to improve clinical outcomes, accelerate drug trials, and advance population health analytics.
