Willa Kalaidjian is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Taxwell (Drake Software and TaxAct), where she leads Taxwell’s legal, government relations, compliance, and procurement functions. She is responsible for driving the company’s legal strategy in critical areas such as privacy, business partnerships, intellectual property, and litigation.
Prior to joining Taxwell, Willa was in private legal practice as a shareholder with Chambliss, where she served as Chair of the Business Section and focused on technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy and security.
Willa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Columbia University, a Masters of Science in Secondary Education from Pace University, and a Juris Doctor from Emory University.
