Nicole is the VP/GM overseeing the Breakfast Category for Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU). Leading their largest $1B+ Brand: Thomas.’ Prior to this role, Nicole was the VP of Media and Marketing Transformation, overseeing BBU’s development and adoption of leading-edge marketing capabilities across Media, Content, Marketing Analytics, Consumer & Innovation Insights, Customer Relations, Social, and Packaging Graphics.
Before BBU, Nicole was the North America Head of Precision & Digital Marketing at Molson Coors. She managed data strategy, precision activation, marketing optimization, and technology solutions for Molson Coors brands.'
She has also held positions as the Head of Media for Hawkeye Agency, the largest pure-play CRM Agency in North America, and the Global Media Director at McDonald’s, overseeing global partnerships, strategy, and agency relationships. An omnichannel strategist inspired by data, she has worked at leading media agencies such as OMD and Starcom across B2B, CPG, QSR, Finance, Retail, Technology, and Travel clients. A native of Chicago and graduate of Miami University, Nicole is married with two children and lives in Glenview, IL.
