Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs / East West Bank
Travis Kiyota is the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs for East West Bank, and a member of the bank’s Senior Leadership Team. In this role, he oversees the company’s marketing and brand management, corporate sponsorships, global government relations, corporate security, and community development. He also serves as President of the East West Bank Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and the company’s philanthropic arm.Travis brings decades of senior-level experience in both the public and private sectors. He spent nearly 20 years at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), where he led local and state government relations, public affairs, community engagement, and crisis management, and served as President of the PG&E Foundation. Earlier in his career, he held key public service roles, including advisor to the mayors of San Francisco and Los Angeles, and senior program officer at the U.S. Department of Justice.Travis currently serves on the boards of the California Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area Council, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, National Bankers Association, and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. He also serves on the advisory boards of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. Travis is a proud alumnus of UCLA.
