Roger is an associate in the Freshfields San Francisco office where he is a member of the firm's strategic risk and crisis management practice. His practice focuses on helping clients navigate high-profile government investigations, including investigations by the FTC. Roger advises on a broad range of tech, data, and consumer protection issues, including compliance with federal sectoral and state privacy laws, compliance with federal advertising laws, product design counseling, designing cybersecurity governance structures, and data breach response. Prior to joining Freshfields, Roger was a privacy and cybersecurity associate at the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
