Lindsay Marino Long (she/her) is a fundraising strategist with nearly 15 years of experience designing donor journeys that drive long-term value. As Vice President of Donor Engagement & Retention at Faircom, she leads omnichannel strategies across sectors—including international relief, rights-based advocacy, health, and cultural philanthropy. Her client partnerships include the International Rescue Committee, Fòs Feminista, Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris, Kennedy Krieger Institute, the National Urban League, and the Wikimedia Foundation.
A former in-house development leader at Nobel Prize- and Hilton Humanitarian Prize-winning Humanity & Inclusion, Lindsay’s approach brings a donor-informed lens to strategy—building audience-led engagement journeys tailored to donor behavior, identity, and interest. She works across direct response, mid-level and major giving, and alternative giving to improve retention, accelerate upgrades, and deepen supporter connection.
Lindsay holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in geography and economics from McGill University in Montréal. She also serves as a Trustee of Amber Charter Schools—the first Latino-founded and led charter network in New York City—where she chairs the Development Committee.
