Nicholas Love is a recognized public speaker, published writer, and thought leader on digital transformation, digital engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. He currently serves as the first-named CEO of Kulur Group, where he has been instrumental in reshaping the company’s vision, mission, and growth strategy. Known for his listen-first leadership style and challenger mindset, Nicholas has delivered big wins for Kulur Group’s clients across technology, non-profit, education and veterinarian sectors.
Nicholas is also the brainchild behind Kulur Group’s “Are You D.O.P.E,” initiative, which offers pro-bono marketing to entrepreneurs and diverse-owned companies in technology. Additionally, he launched Dope Thinkers, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to preparing the next generation of marketing, public relations, and advertising leaders for agency ownership. This organization also establishes student-run agencies at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority-Serves Institutions (MSIs). Through Dope Thinkers, Nicholas aims to build partnerships with organizations in the medical industry to magnify cultural intelligence around diseases that impact people of color, encouraging smarter health decisions and fostering greater inclusivity in healthcare. Furthermore, Nicholas pioneered Dope Thinkers Only, which serves as Kulur Group’s apparel, thought leadership, and community platform.
Nicholas holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Grambling State University, where he currently serves as an adjunct professor. His extensive experience in higher education, excelling in complex matrixed organizations as a T-shaped marketer. He led an agency-style Social Media Strategy Hub at North Carolina State University, served as the Senior Director of Social Media at The Ohio State University, and led global social and search marketing at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Before joining Kulur Group, Nicholas held influential roles such as the Global Vice President of Marketing at Hotwire Global Communications and Vice President of Digital Marketing at G&S Business Communications. At G&S, he built a 40-person Digital Center of Excellence, drove substantial revenue growth, and served as the Chair of the Partnership and Advocacy Pillar and Co-Chair of the Shareholder Accountability and Commitment Pillar on the agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force.
Nicholas is a two-time Adweek Executive Mentee, and he has released a Master Class with Netbase Quid. He is a regular speaker with appearances at industry-wide events like SXSW, Social Media Strategies Summit, Page Society Spring Seminar, and Brandwatch’s Now You Know, in addition to Hootsuite webinars. As a former on-air talent in ESPN’s Digital Media department, Nicholas began his career by developing clever approaches that have fueled his success at each stage. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven transformative change and delivered impactful results across the domestic and international markets.
