Josh Lundberg is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at North Carolina Central University. His research focuses on sensory and digital marketing and has been published in journals. What Josh appreciates most in research is a good multi-method paper with an important question and a novel answer. Before joining academia, he worked in the service and hospitality industry at firms including O’Charley’s and 21c Museum Hotels, and he brings this service mindset to the classroom, where he teaches Principles of Marketing and Marketing Research
