Evaristus Mainsah is the Vice President of People eXperience & Technology at Amazon Ads and IMDb. His role includes formatting internal policies to improve the employee experience by integrating technology. Evaristus’ goal in his role is to create standards that increase Amazon’s approach to diversity both through hiring practices and vendor contracting. He enjoys working with people so he joined Amazon to improve human performance and achievement. His work focuses on innovation and leadership principles that transform how you think and learn with your colleagues. Evaristus aims at creating an environment focused on well-rounded individuals who can center on their well-being above and beyond work.
Evaristus holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School (’04), a Ph.D. in Engineering, an M.Sc. in Manufacturing Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Electronic Engineering all from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Evaristus is co-chair of the Board of Trustees of the IBM UK Pension Fund and serves on the Investment Committee. He serves on the Board of two non-profits – the King Baudouin Foundation, United States (KBF-US) and Taconic Opera (NY).
