Julie Marchant-Houle is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Estyle LLC, a leading manufacturer of multicultural hair care products, including the renowned ECO STYLE brand. Under her leadership since 2022, Estyle has expanded its national and international presence and portfolio.
With over 25 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry, Marchant-Houle has held significant roles at Procter & Gamble, Revlon, Hain Celestial and Marley Spoon. She has a background in Marketing with Procter & Gamble and leveraged that into more general management roles at Hain Celestial, leading the personal care portfolio and Marley Spoon as the CEO of the US business. She earned an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada.
In 2024, she was recognized as one of Jacksonville's Top 25 CEOs, highlighting her impactful leadership and commitment to innovation in the beauty industry.
