Melanie McIntyre is the Deputy General Counsel at iFIT, a connected fitness company, where she serves as a strategic legal advisor and business partner to executive leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With over 20 years of in-house legal experience, Melanie brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and privacy law.

Before joining iFIT, she held senior leadership roles at Vista Outdoor, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and served on the Vista Outdoor Foundation Board. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Counsel at Conagra Brands, where she advised on litigation risks and consumer affairs, and General Attorney at AT&T, overseeing complex corporate and regulatory matters.
Melanie began her legal career as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Fernando J. Gaitan Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and practiced in commercial litigation with Husch Blackwell. She holds both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
