She also chairs TelevisaUnivision’s AI Innovation Lab, developing enterprise-wide strategy for the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence.
Previously, Leila held senior legal and business roles at The Walt Disney Company, Hulu, WWE, and Tennis Channel, where she advised on landmark streaming launches, negotiated multi-billion-dollar partnerships, and oversaw regulatory compliance across global markets. Her career highlights include leading the legal strategy for the launch of WWE Network and ViX, structuring high-value distribution and marketing partnerships with top global brands, and guiding enterprise-wide technology transformations.
