Jessica Miller is Principal Attorney, Assistant General Counsel at American Family Insurance. She negotiates contracts for all major sponsorships with the MLB, NFL, MLS and brand ambassadors. She also reviews and advises on all omnichannel advertising campaigns from storyboard to execution. She has extensive knowledge of TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, lead generation rules, insurance unfair trade regulations, sweepstakes, endorsement guidelines, and broader FTC & FCC rules and regulations.
She is a former state prosecutor and experienced litigator who handled serious crimes against women and children. Jessica also worked more than a decade in broadcast television senior leadership. Jessica serves on the Advisory Board for the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and the Board of Directors for Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Wisconsin. She is a member of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), serving on the Legal Affairs and Government Relations Committees.
