Ry wont Lori Murphree has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and strategic financial roles and over 15 years focused on mergers and acquisitions withing the marketing sectors. She launched Evalla Advisors, a M&A advisory focused on the e-commerce, digital and marketing sectors, after serving as a managing director at Diamond Capital Advisors. Over the course of her career, Lori has managed a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, leveraged buyouts, private capital raises and debt financing. She brings significant expertise, and has worked with companies spanning Sapient, Razorfish, WPP and IBM. Lori's most recent transactions include the merger between OKRP and Barkley; the sale of Red Tettemer to Modop; and the sale of Gnomon to Groupe EDH.
She holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business from California State University, Chico. Lori also holds Series 24, 79 and 63 with FINRA.
