His career has been defined by a clear vision: using AI to reimagine customer experiences, elevate data-driven decision-making, and unlock new value across media, commerce, omnichannel, and brand ecosystems — including the emerging frontier of agentic AI, where intelligent systems act, learn, and adapt to drive business outcomes autonomously.

In his current role, Ralph leads the Publicis/Mondelez global GenAI initiative, stewarding the development of AIDA, a first-of-its-kind AI+Data platform that integrates creativity, CX, data, and design inside a secure, closed ecosystem. AIDA accelerates the creation of intelligent, on-brand content for iconic Mondelez brands such as Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Milka, Lacta, and Cadbury while establishing a scalable framework for Responsible AI, governance — where AI not only generates content, but orchestrates insights, and performance predictability.

Ralph’s leadership is anchored in a future-forward visionary ability to translate emerging technologies into strategic marketing advantage. He has led innovation and digital acceleration for brands including Mondelez, Pearson, USAA, Pizza Hut, Pepsi, Capital One, and The Walt Disney Company — consistently connecting the dots between creativity, data, and technology to create measurable brand and business growth.

A native New Yorker, Ralph lives on the Upper West Side with his wife, daughter, and their two rescue dogs.
