Mark Pilipczuk is the Principal of The Industrial Arts, providing marketing advisory services for Boards and Chief Executive Officers.
With over 35 years of marketing leadership experience as an executive and CMO in the Internet, publishing, wireless, information services and nonprofit sectors, Mark has developed and led new customer acquisition, upsell, and retention programs generating billions of dollars of profitable revenue. He has purchased over two billion dollars of media and has acquired over 100 million profitable customers. 
He has led all marketing functions, with an emphasis on analytically-driven marketing efforts and has consulted for companies ranging from venture-funded startups to Fortune 100 corporations.
He holds a B.S. from Utica University and an MBA from Pace University and currently serves as a member of the Utica University Board of Trustees.
