Sarah Powell is a seasoned AdTech and Advanced TV leader who sits at the intersection of measurement, media strategy, and partnerships. As Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Adelaide, she drives collaboration across DSPs, SSPs, and data partners to scale adoption of Adelaide’s Attention-based targeting and measurement solutions. Her work focuses on helping brands make smarter, more transparent media investment decisions that tie quality directly to outcomes.
Before joining Adelaide, Sarah led Product Strategy for Measurement and CTV at Oracle Advertising, where she built and launched cross-channel measurement frameworks that bridged digital and TV. She’s also held leadership roles at Adobe Ad Cloud TV and Amobee, managing multi-million-dollar media portfolios and pioneering early private marketplace and CTV supply strategies. An MBA graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Sarah is passionate about connecting data, creativity, and accountability to push the industry toward a more effective and equitable media future.
