Ishmam Raidah Rahman (they/them) has over 12 years of experience in the non-profit and philanthropy sector, specializing in audience-led strategy, mid-level giving, and integrated omnichannel marketing. They currently lead Mass Markets USA’s Audience & Donor Strategy team at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian organization responding to crises worldwide and aiding refugees and displaced families in rebuilding their lives.
Ishmam’s background spans crisis-responsive organizations such as Lambda Legal, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and the IRC, enriching their expertise in emergency fundraising and intentional donor journeys, shaping their adoption of a community-centric fundraising model.
