With over 25 years of experience in the B2B Marketing industry, he’s a seasoned strategist with a speciality in Account Based Marketing programs. As part of the leadership team, he’s helped establish and develop the ABM planning, research and insight functions at the agency, including an Insight's Centre of Excellence. He works across all accounts and regions helping clients create the right ABM strategy and program to meet their goals. He then works internally to make sure the strategy & program are delivered to the client’s satisfaction. Richards’ key focus is determining how Transmission uses data and CDPs to drive better insights as a foundation for all aspects of ABM programs and how to achieve organizational alignment on ABM.
